Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Damaged, faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened or used cosmetics, face wash, creams, hair oils, cooking oils, perfumes and attars, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Personalised products such as pens, wallets and t-shirts with name printing, unless they arrive faulty or printed incorrectly.
How to return an item
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will confirm the next steps and the return address.
- Once your return is received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
